Now's the time to explore Africa on your terms with this tour that's affordable for young travellers. Grab your camera (or just your phone), buy yourself a quirky bucket hat, and hop on board for a stellar 20-day safari, wilderness, and village adventure through southeastern Africa. You'll experience the fragrant perfume of Zanzibar’s spice plantations, hunt for the perfect snapshot of the ever-elusive "big five," and feel the thunder of Victoria Falls. Do it all from the comfort of our Lando (overland adventure vehicle) and with the company of new travel friends that'll be just as wide-eyed as you are.
Fast, fresh, and fun adventures that never slow down, made for young, budget-minded travellers.
Camping most nights with some hotel/hostel stays to start and throughout; affordable public and private transport.
Some tours may include light hiking, biking, rafting, or kayaking in addition to walking.
Group trips average 12 travellers per departure, depending on the adventure. The maximum is usually no more than 16, but some can be smaller or bigger, depending on the trip. Check individual trips for details.
Before booking, use our handy entry requirements tool so you know which documents you need to enter and travel through the countries on your trip.
DAY 1
Arrive at any time. Tonight, head out with your CEO and group to further explore together in Victoria Falls. Sip a drink at Shearwater Village after your welcome meeting. Sit back, relax, enjoy the rushing sound of the falls, down a beer, and get to know your fellow travel mates as the adventure begins. Victoria Falls is great base to kick-off this African adventure, to see both some natural wonders, and take part in some exciting optional activities. Get up close (and wet from the spray) while awing at the immense Victoria Falls, raft the whitewater of the mighty Zambezi, and, for the more adventurous, bungee jump with the Victoria Falls in view.
Welcome Moment - Meet Your CEO and Group:
Your opportunity to meet your CEO and fellow travellers, and learn more about your tour. Opt to join the group for a local meal afterwards. Don't forget to see the notice in the lobby (or ask reception) for the official time and place to meet up with the group.

Connect with new friends on your first night out in a new destination. Only available on 18-to-Thirtysomethings tours.
