When you think skateboarding, you might not immediately think of Casselberry, Florida. But after getting a little peek-a-boo glimpse of the new skatepark the crew at Team Pain is building out there, that might change. Don't get me wrong—there is no shortage of incredible skateparks being built across the country at any given time, but each of them should be celebrated, in my opinion. Plus... look at that huge snake run they're building! You really get a proper glimpse in that second slide. Massive!

The fact that Team Pain is leading the charge on this project is a major bonus for the Casselberry locals, too. Let's just say this squad knows a thing or two about constructing a concrete paradise. Quality work for skateboarders, by skateboarders—time and time again.

Oh, and just FYI... the snake run I mentioned before is going to be 200 feet long! We had covered some of the progress on this project back in early October and things were already starting to take shape, but things have clearly been moving right along.

You certainly don't need me to explain the importance of skateparks and how much they contribute to positive community building, but in case you do—well, they do. These parks can be life-changing for skateboarders and offer a safe place for them to get rad, meet friends and let off some steam.

The mental health benefits of skateboarding are major as well, and skateparks like this play a crucial role in maintaining a positive atmosphere for the locals in and around these communities. But most importantly—they're just fun!
