Hunger Skateparks just dropped a first look at the brand-new Lafayette Community Skatepark in Lafayette, Indiana, and it’s clearly going to bring some serious stoke to the local skate community.
The crew shared fresh photos ahead of the park’s October 24th grand opening, giving local skaters and really anyone in the area a taste of what's to come. This place looks so fun! Swipe through the post below for a closer look:
If you ask me, this place has a little something for everyone. It's not the biggest park, but it's certainly not the smallest, either. Regardless, there's something dreamy about fresh, un-skated concrete that just makes you want to grab your board and get ripping. Safe to say the Lafayette locals are going to be stoked for years to come.

On the Hunger Skateparks website, they mention:
"This park is the result of a private-public partnership with lots of organizations coming together to fund the project including the Faith Lafayette, City of Lafayette, Tippecanoe County and in-kind donation of private business in the area. The park is located off HWY 26, in the parking of Faith Community Center Lafayette East.
The design includes all the big feature asks from the community meeting including a lunar vibe inspired by the Purdue University connection to the science and astronauts involved in the first moon landing. The skatepark site is in the existing parking lot of Faith Community Church. We re-utilized some of the asphalt to flank the ends of the new park to create big community spaces and flat ground curb and ledge zones. The big design moments in the design include a double stage, faith feature replica, a big jump line that ends in a mini ramp square bowl, and a moon landing feature."
Address: 5526 IN-26 Lafayette, IN 47905
Again, tomorrow, October 24, 2025 is the big day! If you're in the area, stop by, rip around and show some support. Hats off to all involved. This place looks fun as hell!
